When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
The volunteers that assist the ministry effort far out way any amount of money that can be produced. They are the ones who put a face on mercy. When Jesus said go and do likewise, His emphasis was on the willingness of ones ability to address the needs of their fellow man... their neighbor. If you look back on whatever was done for you as an act of kindness in your life, there is a face attached to that act.
The members of the "Hands Of God Ministries" have made a willing decision to extend the hand of mercy to those around them in need. It involves our time, our energy, but most importantly... it requires the love from our heart. We are an organization of ministers and ministries that band together, assisting each other as needed.
